When you register and join the Antwalk community or register to receive a demo on the Services provide by the Antawlk, you become a User. If you have chosen not to register for our Services, you may access certain features as a Visitor. The Terms, and your relationship with Antwalk under the terms (including the subject- matter of the terms and the formation of the contract, and any contractual or non- contractual dispute associated with your use of the Services), are governed by Indianlaw. You and Antwalk agree that the courts of Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any such dispute. Notwithstanding this, you agree that Antwalk shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
